Working within a program

A contribution might be an assessment of an existing subsystem, a modernization increment, or a data-processing integration. Joshua works with the prime’s or program’s engineers to establish interfaces, review the work, and verify the behavior the program needs.

Access and security requirements, dependencies, and delivery constraints shape the approach. Handoff includes the decisions and operating guidance the maintaining engineers need.
